I was the only one there for the 2 nights, which is a little daunting, but I had staff waiting on me hand and foot. It's a bit more expensive than normal in Malaysia, but nice for a splurge.

Good changes from before.where no need to chg again room.even higher floor the water is also cold.not hot as last time visit.where the maintainance really don't know how to do work. Very well maintained rooms, the hotel graciously changed our 2 separate rooms to adjacent family rooms without any additional charges. Facilities are good. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Able to book Grab after a couple of tries. Overall, good experience with family.

Surrounded by wonderful nature we slept in beautiful villas with private little pools, had excellent food and could choose between asian and meditereanian dishes. The beach club offered white sands and fantastic food as well. Very friendly stuff also organised transfer from Singapur by car (2h drive) as well as to the beach club or other activities.
