Located in Vilanculos, a few steps from Vilankulos Beach, Telvina Beach Lodge provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The bungalow had a great bed, excellent shower with lots of hot water, very new and very clean. The staff went all out to make sure our stay was wonderful. The owner provided airport pickup and drop off and waited over an hour for us due to visa issues. The breakfast was always good, huge plate of fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee and made to order omelets. I would definitely stay at Telvina again.

Rob was very communicative, especially with the protests going on at the time of our visit, which was reassuring. Bobo met us at the airport and took good care of us during our visit. He arranged for us to do a day tour to Bazaruto, etc with Sunset Dhow Safari. We were in standard room #3 and were very happy to be in the room instead of one of the cottages. It also had a queen bed. It was more private and we had the whole garden area in front of our room. The room was spotless, was very large and tastefully decorated with local handicrafts. The bed was super comfortable with the softest sheets ever! The patio was lovely for having morning coffee and relaxing in the afternoon. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very good with homemade bread and eggs to order. We also ended up eating 2 dinners there as well. The grilled fish was delicious. We also enjoyed walking into the village which was a bit long. You can also take a tuk-tuk (chopela). If walking, walk the road the entire way or the beach, with slight detour, the whole way. Do not try to cut over half-way because the “roads” on Google Maps are tiny winding foot trails. We preferred walking along the beach and swimming at the beach in front of Telvina Beach Lodge Restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cabana and would return if in the area. Thank you!

Hotel Dona Ana is located at Vilankulo harbor. Surrounded by 2 ocean sides, this art deco hotel offers a terrace with outdoor pool. The hotel is very beautiful, we loved the scenery it's breath taking and the staff was amazing. It's the best place to relax and the best getaway. We're definitely going back! We loved it at Hotel Dona Ana!

The accommodation was very clean and exceptionally comfortable! The surrounding is beautiful, definitely feels like paradise. The staff are also extremely friendly. The location was also a highlight in terms of the proximity to the local market/ 'city center', some restaurants, many activities and the beach. We can't wait to go back.

Linda not only collected us from our previous lodgings and delivered us to the airport but also stopped at the shops so that we could buy groceries; she ordered food when required and put us in touch with her fresh fish supplier so we knew that we could trust the quality and price. We were able to indulge our desire to feast on seafood, coconuts from her trees, and relax in her lush private garden. With only two cottages sharing a pool, we had it to ourselves most of the time. The leisure furniture was comfortable - a most necessary asset for a holiday near the sea. Although the kitchen surrounded the bed, it did not intrude or reduce the comfort. The bed linen is both pretty and comfortable, suited to the climate.

The house is beautiful, peaceful, better then the photos. The staff was kind and welcoming. Every day the house looked different thanks to the view of the ocean. It’s very safe.
