No one can beat Taj's hospitality as they will spoil you with services and personal care. We stayed 5 days there and we felt like home away from our home. Special mention to Mr. Sanjay from the room service who is the best to take care of all your needs. The breakfast is good with choice of Indian and continental choices. In overall one of the best hotel I have stayed so far.

Staff- Very friendly and courteous. Always ready to help. Booked us cab for sightseeing. Food and Water- Food was homely and very delicious in affordable price. Water bottles available for purchase in a very affordable rate. I, along with my parents are very satisfied with our stay, looking forward to visit again for sure

Our room had a fantastic view over the surrounding hills, including the Kanchenjunga. We had water and tea-making amenities in the room. The hotel is quite cold during winter, so wear your jacket in the common areas, but the room was well-heated with a radiator and felt very cozy. It was spacious, with an upper deck where the bed and the bathroom were and a lower deck close to the windows with a social area to enjoy the view. The food in the restaurant was terrific, and so was the service. Altogether, we had an unforgettable experience and will likely come back, despite Darjeeling being several days of travel time from our home.
