Always welcoming me with a smile and even offered me 2 additional bottles of water as I returned back one day which was an incredibly nice gesture. Location was great, not too far from the central area, it was quiet and hidden in a perfect little road. The price was excellent, would recommend to anyone.

We rarely provided feedback but the kindness and hospitality of the best quality-service provider/host Ngoc Lan and her husband have been so nice that has made us write down our wonderful experience while staying in their hotel. We arrived in the hotel nearly midnight but when we met and were delightfully welcomed by the host Ngoc Lan, we felt like we are cherished guests in a good friend's home. The hotel's facilities, including beds and mattresses, are all great. Some of us are having back pain but thanks to the beds and mattresses, we slept comfortably every day until our last day at the hotel. The host and her husband cheerfully helped and provided us with anything we needed. We have come to learn that people will forget what this host said and did, but they will never forget how this host made them feel. Because, Ngoc Lan has truly made us and all other guests feel we are valued and cared for, not just as customers but also as good friends. We highly recommend this hotel to everybody who comes to visit Da Lat City should come to experience the best quality service and dedication of the hosts of the Dona Dalat Hotel. This is, perhaps, the key to it all. Understanding the guests deeply gives the hosts the greatest head-start in being able to deliver hospitality that truly makes the customers feel welcomed and cared for.

Perfect budget accommodation close to Love Valley. The staff were super supportive and gave me the best experience ever. I borrow 01 helmet for 02 days. The forgotten ATM card was sent directly to my address in HCMC in 01 day after my departure.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay with a peaceful valley view that made me feel so relaxed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always going out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Located in Da Lat, 2.6 km from Dalat Palace Golf Club, Bach Place Dalat provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. When you head towards the hotel for the first time, you think: what a weird location I've chosen - the streets are not that nice, not much good cafes around etc. Then you come into the hotel and think it is a different reality, like an oasis in the desert 😄 The territory is neatly looked after, very clean, green and very pleasant to the eye. The gardener is always on duty. The bellboy meets you at the gates with no exceptions. The reception personnel is kind and helpful. The room that was provided to us at first was a bit noisy because of the pump, but the administration quickly changed the room for us. So it was nice and comfortable. I pay much attention to the bed as I get older 😄 so here my sleep was very calm and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, everything is exceptionally fresh, and unlike in many Vietnamese hotels, there's choice of both - Vietnamese and European varieties of food. It is a buffet, but the eggs are cooked personally for the guest whichever way you want them. Nice instrumental music played in the lobby, which makes sitting by the windows pretty romantic.

I had everything I needed there. The location was excellent and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Would recommend.

Situated in Da Lat, Meek - Home and Coffee has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything, it’s very dry modern, only opened last year, it had everything, you don’t need AC as it’s very cool in Da Lat. the staff were extremely helpful especially the girl at reception, she helped us with motor bikes and also booking a bus ticket to Nha Trang

Set in Da Lat, 1.7 km from Yersin Park Da Lat, Goldient Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Classy facility (lovely breakfast, sweet afternoon tea, didn't use the pool) with superb customer service. My husband tested positive for Covid the first night of our stay and the staff was so helpful in navigating this unexpected news. We were able to stay in our room until 6 PM the day we checked out (evening flight) for a very reasonable extra fee. It was a busy weekend, with all 50 rooms full, many with Vietnamese families. They told us that this month they are opening a smaller 15 room hotel near by called The Mist Boutique Hotel; if we were to return i'd check out the more intimate venue. It is in a neighborhood, not in the midst of the tourist scene
