I had a really nice stay at this budget hotel in Port Vila. It is fantastically located in a nice part of town that is quiet and safe, yet only a short walk or drive from downtown Vila. My room was small and basic, yet comfortable. At this price point, there is very little available anywhere in Vila that is so centrally located. The staff were extremely pleasant, kind, and polite. There is a casino on site, but it was never loud. Bonus: the fine museum and the striking parliament are a short walk from the hotel.

Terletak 3.9km dari Konanda Reef, Janessa's Dwellery menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Tetamu juga boleh berehat di taman. I spent 3 days at Janessa's and my stay was wonderful! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic - 5min walk from the airport (taxi costs 1000 vatu) and the noise level is surprisingly low. The estate is spacious and beautiful. I had a room with a big balcony and the delicious breakfast was there every morning. The room itself was quite hot, but the fan helped a lot! The kitchen has everything you need even for a longer stay. The downtown is a ~50min walk away or since the earthquake, ~30 to 60mins by bus depending on where you're going. Majority of downtown was closed during my stay (January) and some of the roads had suffered quite a bit.

The location was absolutely stunning, with its private beach and crystal clear waters, beautiful reef and wonderful sunsets, you won’t want to leave. There are wonderful walks through the jungle and the little massage hut overlooking the ocean is a great addition. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The food was incredible, the people so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the perfect stay. David and team thank you once again for a wonderful week, it was the little things you did that really made a difference, we will be back for sure.

BB Beach Club represents great value for money accommodation, its run by a 'salt of the earth' Aussie couple who were very kind and helpful to me during my stay. The ocean pool is lovely as are all the staff and facilities. Its a bit more out of town than I was expecting so having wheels would be what I would recommend. If you can, consider Vanuatu for a stay to help the local community recover from the earthquake, they are lovely and doing their best.
