United Arab EmiratesMy experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and they made up rules that don’t even make sense. One of the most frustrating things was being told that guests are not allowed to bring their own snacks from home. It’s honestly embarrassing how far they go just to push you to buy food from their restaurant, even when the food there is terrible. It tastes horrible, and some of it isn’t even edible.
What makes it worse is that they don’t cater to people with dietary restrictions. If you’re gluten-free or diabetic, don’t expect to find proper meals or even snacks that meet your needs. It’s like they don’t care about guest comfort or health—just about making money from their low-quality food. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a respectful staff, reasonable policies, or decent food options.
