IsraelWe chose Tauern Spa expecting a high level of service, but unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our stay.
✅ Pros:
– The hotel itself is beautiful, and the spa area is spacious and enjoyable.
– Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very helpful – assisted with luggage, showed us the room, and even parked our car. Unfortunately, this was the only time the service felt at a 4* Superior level.

The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests.
