United StatesOne word: congested. The resort is very spread out- we stayed in the apartments, and it's like 5 minutes from reception, the pool and everything else. Some people rent golf carts to get around- that gives you an idea of the layout. The only thing we liked about this place was access to Playa Blanca. That beach is amazing. But we took the shuttle there, which was quite a wait, because driving to the beach would have been impossible, traffic was so horrible.
Probably would not stay here again. Would find other ways to get to playa Blanca!

United StatesThe location and grounds were beautiful. The rooms could use updating and my room smelled like bug spray. That was the only negative. I would still consider coming back because the rest was fantastic.

It was around 15 minutes to Jaco. Uber is affordable and easy. The staffs were super nice Fabian, Hope, and the manager helped booking excursion for us. They were always attending with smiles and knowledge. Hotel owner came to our table to asking how we were doing and offered under house drinks as well.
