The buildings, and history were way beyond what we expected. (They exceeded the pictures on-line) The beach was quiet and very relaxing. We really enjoyed venturing about a block to the "town" and experiencing the happy atmosphere of this gathering place. A couple of great restaurants and grocery store. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic, very kind and friendly. The owner of the resort was also wonderful and checked in with us at dinner and breakfast to make sure our stay was going well. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from a viewing point on the property.
