Well appointed kitchenette, well maintained units and exceptional staff. The pool and the pool bar was great. They make an awesome cheeseburger and there's a cat named Georgia. What more do you need?

I spent an exceptional vacation at the Royal Sea Aqcuarium Resort. The whole personal make me feel las at home. The privete beach, the security. The views, the sunset over the sea. I got the relaxing I needed. I would return without hesitation once and once.

The Kontiki Resort is incredible, it exceeded our expectations. In addition to being on a wonderful Caribbean beach, you also feel like you are in a forest, in contact with nature. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast is divine. If I ever return to Curaçao, I will stay there again.

The facilities and coffee are the only good thing going for them. The service was extremely poor. You have to make reservations a day before to have dinner or lunch at the restaurants... the online booking doesn't work so you have to be at the hotel to do so... plus it's after 10am that you could book it... Making it extremely difficult to plan a day out if you're leaving before. The staff was not helpful in helping us book any sightseeing and when we queried about turtle watching we were just told it's booked out and the next day was on a Wednesday. They didn't offer any other trips or options. The room was without towels after a Sunday due to a lack of staff, we were informed when we went to breakfast by a waitress letting us know we would have to wait. We went shopping that day after breakfast and returned around 6pm. Seeing the lack of towels we decided to go to reception the staff was extremely dismissive and told us that it is a housekeeping job and she doesn't have a key. I told her we need the towels as well as beach towels because we are going on a trip tomorrow. She left in a huff and came back with a stack. While we were waiting for the towels we asked about getting a taxi the following morning for our trip the man at the counter said it wouldn't be a problem. The next morning we got the taxi and ask that they come back for us at 4:30pm they agreed.. that never happened the taxi never came back.. we had no way of calling the hotel and were last there at the marina with another couple from the same hotel who was also told that the taxi would come back for them.. the staff told them to meet up with us and wait the taxi would pick all of us up at the same time. They left us stranded. The captain of the boat was kinda enough to call us a taxi. Let me not get started on the TERRIBLE bar and restaurants. The first night we had to wait at least 30mins for a gin and tonic which was horrible. How can you screw up a gin and tonic.

Nothing, at check in (5pm) i had to wait one hour before i finally got my room

Place was beautiful. The Harbour Restaurant was excellent, staff was great there. Overall, the food was very good. I had a vegetarian person in our party, and she was pleased with the variety of food available.
