Facing the beachfront, Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana - Adults Only offers 5-star accommodations in Punta Cana and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and garden.

We spent a considerable amount of time researching places and kept going back to this one. We found it struck the best balance of having things to do, but also being able to relax. We loved the water park, we enjoyed the activities led by Manuel, Bryan, and Diomedes, found the staff to always be friendly and helpful, and loved the grounds on both the family and adults side. The beach was super clean and the staff spent a considerable effort keeping it that way. We never dealt with bugs which i found to be surprising considering the temps were in the 80's and it was still humid. The food options were plenty even for picky eaters and the bars were fun. We loved that you could rent kayaks, snorkel gear, or sail boats for free and it was essentially effortless outside of signing a waiver. There were things for my wife to do and things i could go do. We really liked this place and want to send a special thanks to Bryan, Manuel, and Diomedes who were a blast to hang around. They really made the trip that much better.

Occidental Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort located on Bávaro Beach, Playa Cortesito.

The food was average at best. The speciality restaurants were not very good. The staff was not terribly friendly. For 300 a night I would have expected better. One bartender told me I should speak better Spanish if I wanted to visit DM. I was trying to get the translate function on my phone to work. He got impatient. People off the resort were friendly and happy to greet tourists. Not at the resort. The room was spacious and clean. Repairs were necessary. The spigot on the sink was so loose that it flipped over when I turned it on. We had ants in the bathroom. It took 3 calls to get rid of them. The phone worked when it wanted to.

We loved that the location want too big and we can easily move everywhere without long walks. Restaurants were great. Buffet has a great variety of food to choose from

    Been traveling around the world, but 1st time in an all-inclusive resort, and seriously I don't understand the bad reviews here. It's very clean, well maintained, good variety of food, the rooms are big and comfortable, the beach is clean and beautiful, the staff very polite. I recommend it

    The food was great. Often food at all-inclusive resorts is mediocre, but the food here was worth coming back for. We didn't have one bad meal while here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were very clean.

    Beautiful grounds. Swim-up rooms were great. The lagoon next to the hotel was the perfect place to swim. The El Beso part of the resort was fantastic, especially the adults-only restaurant on the beach. The lobby is beautifully designed and has a fascinating architectural concept, and the lobby bar and piano bar were really elegant. The buffets were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort.

    Excellent food, drink and service. small tips go a long way. I'm glad I did not let the few negative reviews sway me. I'm used to traveling in luxury hotels. While this isn't a luxury resort by any stretch it is rather great for an all inclusive. I am planning on returning. I also highly recommend the platinum upgrade. Totally worth it.

    The Live Aqua Beach Resort is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation in Punta Cana. It is not like a typical all inclusive hotel since the food is a la carte. I‘ve never had such good food in an all inclusive resort. The resort itself is just beautiful - very clean, chill and directly at the beach. The staff is awesome - they are so friendly and treat you like their favourite guest - every day. We‘ll definitely come back.
