Stayed at small cottages. Not luxury but great feeling in the place in general, peaceful, nice view, amenities, just great value. Will be back

Awesome quiet and beautiful place, at the lake shore. All kind of facilities available, including morotized boats (for lazy people like me), and awesome authentic sauna :) Very nice owners, that are more than glad to help with anything one might need, even getting some stuff from the shop if you forget something. If you are looking for a quiet resort in the middle of a nature - that's the place.

location on the lake. Best balcony for breakfast in Finland. Fantastic puusauna. The place is excellent but it’s not high end luxury- that isn’t what Saimaa is about. friendly staff, family run.

The common areas are very nicely done. Charming restaurant with pretty good food and great views. Small beach and pier with access to the lake straight from the sauna. Amazing views from both men and women's sauna. The cabins are nicely apart from each other, so felt private enough even though it's a resort. The cabin itself was well equipped with everything you might need for a few days' stay. A truly dog-friendly spot, we had no issues with our furry family member in the cabin or at the restaurant.
