A frontman explained to me in a very rude way that i had booked the room not in The Kristal resort but in Kristal appartements. While i choose Kristal resort only because of its good breackfast . They sent me to appartements with no breackfast include, no wifi at all. And when I asked if I can get any cofee in the morning, reception man told me maybe I can find any in someone else’s appartements!
