The inn was in a great location to walk to all shops, diving, beaches, restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly. There is also a restaurant on property. They have kayak, snorkeling etc tours. I did a two hour kayak tour which was great. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

It had a clean, tropical, family oriented feel. The pool was unique in its shape and length and variable depths. Breakfasts were included and fabulous!

I thought there was a shuttle from the airport. It was confusing. I called had a concierge call from my other hotel the day before. No one answered until the next morning and I was told it was too late.

Loved My Stay at Luna Beach
I had such a great time staying at Luna Beach Hotel in Roatán. The place itself is beautiful—tucked away, peaceful, right by the water.
One of the staff, Zaid, was amazing. Super attentive without ever being overbearing, and just genuinely kind. He remembered little details, checked in at just the right times, and always had a friendly smile. It honestly felt like I had a friend looking out for me the whole time. Every meal I had was better just because he was there making sure everything was perfect.
I didn’t get to meet Erick, the hotel manager, but it was clear he exhibits servant leadership—the kind that’s willing to do any job to make the guests’ experience better. You could see his influence all around in how smoothly things ran and how happy the staff were to go the extra mile.
The room was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and having my morning coffee on the porch surrounded by palm trees. The location is also great—close enough to West End if you want to explore, but far enough to feel like your own private slice of paradise.
Would definitely come back.

Smack dab in the middle of west end. Can’t get a better location if you want to be around restaurants, diving and night life. Dive shop was nice and convenient. One of the dives was swimming distance from the resort dock. For $100 I was hoping to go get out further. Didn’t need a boat for it.
We only spent one night there due to missed flights but would definitely stay again. the staff was excellent, the ocean front cottage was adorable, clean and the beds were very comfy! It is located near main street which we walked to for dinner - the seaside main street was wonderful and very safe - a fantastic way to experience the local vibe! Lastly, we did a couple of dives with the resort Dive Shop before catching the ferry, and that was also an excellent experience! Do not hesitate to stay and dive at the SeaGrape!
We loved absolutely everything about this place. We spent two weeks here - and could have stayed another month. The rooms are super spacious and the bathroom was AMAZING - the best hot shower we've had after 6 months of traveling. The staff are also awesome and the restaurant has great food. The breakfast is a buffet which was an absolute treat. The resort also has a 25m pool which was an absolute gem as my partner and I love to do laps so we were finally able to do some exercise in a big enough pool. Could not recommend this place enough.
Very good experience if you understand it's not luxury and ultra comfort what the establishment is selling you. It's a place more in tune with island's life. It's cool because you can meet other travelers in the common areas. Also, the location is in my opinion the best on the island.
Sheryl is an amazing host, very sweet and kind. She made our stay perfect. I would definetively recommend couples and everyone to stay in this lovely place. For those like us that don't like the concrete of the resorts and instead enjoy beeing in the nature while still keeping high comfort, I completely recommend!
