It was perfect! My husband and i spent 2 weeks in a villa with a private pool: everything was amazing! Delicious food with live music, very friendly staff who help you with every question, room cleaning every day, delicious breakfasts, the hotel is located right on the beach with volcanic sand which is great for photos! Special praise deserves the SPA area - it is PERFECT, you will not find this in Europe (we live in the Netherlands and i work in the beauty industry - you will not find this even in the most expensive wellness salons), do yourself a favor - take a SPA here. My back is happy. The hotel also has a yoga room - I liked it. Very fast and perfect ROOM SERVICE. All the employees and managers are wonderful people. We will definitely come back again next year to the same place! We like it here much more than in noisy Denpasar, it is also convenient to travel: the hotel organizes a taxi any day to any place - perfect. We are happy that we chose Lovina and found this place! Reception was so quick to help with our every request & query. Plus all the staff were so so 'friendly & polite' The staff were so communicative between shifts. Unknown to us, a misunderstanding at dinner left a waitress thinking I was Gluten intolerant, when we went to breakfast the next morning, I was approached by a member of staff explaining all of their Gluten free dishes and offering to supply 'off menu' dishes if needed. It turned out that all waiting staff & chefs had been notified as they came on duty. It took a minute to clarify that I'd no issue with Gluten, then he both apologised for 'the mistake', said he'd let everyone know so I'd not be interrupted again and apologised for disrupting my breakfast...

It’s a good hotel, until it’s busy. At full capacity the breakfast was almost empty and there was not hot water. Also, the hotel allows parties even at 7am in communal areas like the pool. This disturbs guest. Also kids were just playing in the gym. The shower just sprayed out water so we ended up having the fill a bath which is a waste of water. The staff are super amazing and I was happy they were kind. Honestly made our stay great. It’s a shame the rest is below average.

Really loved this place, everything was sooo dreamy! The staff was amazing, everyone so kind and polite. The food was very good, we had a dinner there and also the atmosphere was really romantic. Perfect place to spend some relaxing and romantic days in the north of Bali between the mountains.
