We do were provided an AC Room having a huge flat Tv. Food was tasty 😋 Staff is friendly and would serve you with smile. Our Airport drop was arranged by the Host to him. Kudos to him. He arranged a Shikara for the Lake Ride too which was totally a unique experience especially visiting Vegetable Morning in the early morning. The views are stunning, rooms are beautifully decorated and the service is truely amazing! Every member of the staff focused on offering a great experience. Even the additional experiences offered like the high tea with sufi music to early morning yoga to hike on the nearby mountain is very well curated for the guests. Food delicious too! But the staff did their utmost to help and were very patient when we repeatedly complained. Our initial room did not have a good bathrroom, but they changed it to a better room the following night.
