All the staff, even the gardeners, were extremely friendly. They were generally professional, competent and efficient. This was an excellent hotel with rooms which were clean, well appointed and comfortable. This is was a big resort hotel with many restaurants, swimming pools, sun lounging area and other facilities. Some restaurants ware boisterous and noisy whilst others were quieter. The standard of the food was based on mass catering. It was variable.

Food was really good
Rude waitress called Shalita who has dreads for description who refused to serve me because of where I was sitting which was one table away (50cm) away from her section. I was told I could sit there from a different staff and I kindly asked her for tea as I had no access to it and she refused and said I had to move seats (in the middle of me eating my breakfast) if I wanted her to serve me. I was so shocked I asked her to confirm what she was saying and she continued cleaning the table and ignored me. Shocking behaviour and definitely not fitting for a 5 star hotel. She should be working in a motel or not in customer service with her disgusting attitude.
I paid for a room also that had a bath from the picture and I was given a room without it. They ended up giving me a room at 9pm with a bath but it didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t use the bath. And the phone wasn’t working to call reception.
I also requested in the messages during booking, for a room with 2 beds but they said they didn’t see it. However they sent me a message on the booking app so I’m not sure why they didn’t see it when they msg me and that also brought about a delay and waste of time on the day
All of the glass and mirrors in the hotel are also dirty and smudgy. Even in all the elevators. This just wasn’t a 5 star experience, even for Jamaica which I have been too 4/5 times and always stayed in the best hotels. This wasn’t great, especially for a new hotel
I did have a few great experiences with other staff members however majority of the front desk staff have a bad attitude and the one Shalita lady really ruined the experience for me.
Shower pressure was great and nice and hot. Pillows were also nice and comfortable. The male staff were all polite and pleasant. Some a little cheeky but nothing offensive
Maybe the adults only side is better than this but who knows.

The service was impeccable, actual accommodation was really nice, the outside aesthetics more than made up for the shortfalls I experienced.
It encumbered all the points and reasons I like staying at boutique hotels. I left with having experience Intimacy, uniqueness and a personal connection with my environment and great customer service from the front of house staff..

The staff at the property are the only thing that's great about the property! If the new owners of the property invested money in the property it would be a nice place. However, I found out that the new owners are from Mexico and the food and drinks are on that level! Who goes to Jamaica to eat Mexican food? No patties, curry, oxtail or fresh fish at all to eat! Oh, at the hut they did have curry chicken, rice and peas everyday! No variety on the menu at all! Oh, you have to pay for room service, even though it's all-inclusive! WTF?
We were so impressed with the food at this hotel. The main buffet is all you need! The food was always fresh and plentiful. So tasty compared to other all inclusives we've been to in both Jamaica and Mexico!
We also have to mention the amazing staff. We were there through Hurricane Beryl! The staff took care of us every step of the way and kept us safe and confident that we would be safe. A lot of staff chose to work instead of being with their own families to help make sure we had an amazing vacation in spite of the storm.
Beautiful resort, gorgeous pool, nice beach, lots of restaurants options and fun amenities. Entertainment was good. Staff were generally friendly, but sometimes service was slow. Food quality is decent, but variety can be improved.
This resort has everything, from different foods to fabulous pools, night life, and EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!! We have stayed there 2 times and it feels like family with some of the staff that has been there and remember us. We also love the fact we can go snorkeling right off the beaches at the resort and see, if not better than some, of the excursions we’ve gone on. The sea life in the lagoons and ocean on the private beach, and Sunset Cove was amazing to see!
