Located in Negril, Westmoreland, this Jamaican resort is 3 miles from Cool Runnings Water Park. Boasting on-site dining, a spa and an outdoor pool, this resort offers comfortably furnished rooms.

The service was impeccable, actual accommodation was really nice, the outside aesthetics more than made up for the shortfalls I experienced. It encumbered all the points and reasons I like staying at boutique hotels. I left with having experience Intimacy, uniqueness and a personal connection with my environment and great customer service from the front of house staff..

We recently returned to Azul Beach Resort, and once again, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We were welcomed with warm hospitality from the moment we arrived, reminding us why we chose to come back. The location is simply unbeatable – set along the world-famous Seven Mile Beach with breathtaking sunsets. The resort itself is immaculate, with lush tropical gardens, beautifully designed pools, and a serene, luxurious ambience. The staff truly make this resort special. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience, always greeting us with genuine smiles and impeccable service. Speaking of food, Azul Beach Resort has several restaurants, and our favorite was Ackee, which has authentic Jamaican cuisine. We also enjoyed a private dinner on the beach, which was a magical experience. The setting, service, and cuisine were all flawless, making it one of the highlights of our trip. Azul Beach Resort also offers fantastic amenities and activities. Whether you want to indulge in a relaxing spa treatment, take part in water sports, or simply enjoy the lively entertainment, there is something for everyone. The resort maintains the perfect balance between tranquility and fun.

Food was really good Rude waitress called Shalita who has dreads for description who refused to serve me because of where I was sitting which was one table away (50cm) away from her section. I was told I could sit there from a different staff and I kindly asked her for tea as I had no access to it and she refused and said I had to move seats (in the middle of me eating my breakfast) if I wanted her to serve me. I was so shocked I asked her to confirm what she was saying and she continued cleaning the table and ignored me. Shocking behaviour and definitely not fitting for a 5 star hotel. She should be working in a motel or not in customer service with her disgusting attitude. I paid for a room also that had a bath from the picture and I was given a room without it. They ended up giving me a room at 9pm with a bath but it didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t use the bath. And the phone wasn’t working to call reception. I also requested in the messages during booking, for a room with 2 beds but they said they didn’t see it. However they sent me a message on the booking app so I’m not sure why they didn’t see it when they msg me and that also brought about a delay and waste of time on the day All of the glass and mirrors in the hotel are also dirty and smudgy. Even in all the elevators. This just wasn’t a 5 star experience, even for Jamaica which I have been too 4/5 times and always stayed in the best hotels. This wasn’t great, especially for a new hotel I did have a few great experiences with other staff members however majority of the front desk staff have a bad attitude and the one Shalita lady really ruined the experience for me. Shower pressure was great and nice and hot. Pillows were also nice and comfortable. The male staff were all polite and pleasant. Some a little cheeky but nothing offensive Maybe the adults only side is better than this but who knows.

A quiet section of negril beach but close to everything. Not a 5 star resort in terms of facilities, but an unpretentious, laid back, more authentic vibe, unlike the all inclusives. We had a great time, totally chilled, and the staff are lovely, very friendly, especially behind the bar/restaurant and on security which makes all the difference when on holiday.

I enjoyed the resort. It was just a little different from the resorts we usually stay at. We usually stay at the all inclusive resort. This was definitely worth the price. We were there for a short period of time due to a funeral. But we probably would stay there again. Everyone was very friendly.

We arrived having stayed in a 5-star, all-inclusive resort. This is several steps down from that. However, all rooms face the sea as the hotel is perched on cliffs at the very western edge of the island. We had a first floor room with a view and easy access to the water front. Decades ago, it had been a hot bed of Jamaican music and hosted festivals.

All inclusive, so the room service was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of good local and theme selections. Scenery was beautiful and we got lucky with excellent weather. Our end of the resort was au natural, and was very comfortable throughout our stay.
