Resorts in Tomigusuku

The private onsen was really special with a great view of the ocean and it was fun watching the planes land. You can’t actually hear the plane land and the hotel room is quiet and peaceful. The food and service was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Perfectly situated above the terrace restaurants and park. The breakfast course was phenomenal- felt like fine dining. It’s 5 min from the airport so a perfect spot to rest before departing Okinawa. Would love to come back one day and stay longer.

We had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. During our five-day stay, our room was never cleaned, the garbage was never taken out, and the rooms were filthy. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, as hard as a rock, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's rest. The breakfast menu was subpar, and to make matters worse, we often felt unwelcome. As the only foreigners, we were met with dirty looks from the staff and other guests, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Although I speak Japanese, my husband doesn’t, and we had difficulty communicating in English since the reception and staff didn’t speak it – something that is simply unacceptable for a resort. Additionally, if you have any visible tattoos, you are not welcome at their pools, which is incredibly off-putting. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at, and we would never return or recommend it to anyone.

The water slide was nice. I liked the dry sauna.

All staffs were so helpful. They tried fixing issues right away. Lending wheelchair was very nice. Public bath was nice. The shop lady with long hair was vey kind.
