Fantastic staff. Great pool and bar/restaurant. Quality of lunch and dinner in the restaurant absolutely first class. Would be nice if the menu could be changed up with perhaps a 'dish of the day/chef's special' to add a bit of variety for people staying for a reasonable length of time. If the rest of the hotel had matched those aspects, we would be back again without a doubt.

There was a good array of buffet food but the egg station wasn't ready & some items weren't laid out when breakfast opened, which is a problem if you're on a tight deadline for a day trip. If you arrived later for breakfast, there wasn't so much choice.

The location and also that all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The introduction by Colin Hunte was very special as it gave one a very good insight of the whole island!!

Stylish villa set on the hillside with amazing views. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owen and Miranda looked after us perfectly - booking trips and allowing us use of a villa for a late checkout.
Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
The beautiful beach & resort!!! Very very friendly staff. FLAVIA, ALICA, KERISHA, AILEEN, ALICE are the best at the restaurants. Bartenders- Nicolas and Benjamin very nice guys. Front desk- Albert. I can go on and on… The food was delicious and plenty. We did the all-inclusive all drinks and food included.
Large, airy well equipped apartment with a swimming pool and terrace with amazing views. Also a short walk takes you to the beach at Calabash Cove resort which is beautiful and no residents can use. We ate twice at the restaurant there too and enjoyed enormously. The hosts Hazel and Colin are friendly, warm, helpful and responsive. Really great spot if you don’t want to go all inclusive - need a car but there’s lots to see and enjoy. Definitely recommend.
This hotel is small and quiet. The shuttle bus transports you every 30 mins to the much plusher beach resort. Lovely beach with lots of sun beds. No complaints
Breakfast was provided with a variety of options which varied from day to day. The pool may be a bit small but there is ample space to sunbathe on the pool chairs provided or you have access to free transfers over to Reduit Beach via Bay Gardens Beach Resort which is great. The hotel is just on the roadside which is a corner's walk from many duty free shopping and restaurants in Rodney Bay.
The resort is beautiful and well located. We stayed for a week on an all-inclusive basis in a beachfront room with butler service. The entire stay was glorious (other than the two days of rain!) but even that didn't dampen the spirit! The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Really lovely family holiday.
I don't understand why this resort is scored good. It is excellent in my view. I would happily visit every year. Buffet selection AMAZING. Staff AMAZING. Activities well thought through.
I have visited all inclusive resorts across different countries but Royalton St Lucia tops my list right now. I literally did not want my time at the resort to end.
Keep doing what you do.
Breakfast was succulent and healthy, served from 7:30 am (island time) to 10 am, staff was amazing 5 min walking from the beach and restaurants. Quieter spot in Gros Islet and away from the major all inclusive resorts and mass tourism. The course (yoga, pilates etc.) were accessible and wit excellent teachers, perfect for beginners as well as more advanced participants
I had a wonderful stay at Bay Gardens Beach Resort. Dream view (swimming pool/sea view), direct access to Reduit beach - not crystal clear every day though. I particularly appreciate the swimming pool as it was possible to swim for fitness. I found the reception - and all team in general - really welcoming. I had a nice attention as I was staying in the hotel on my birthday.
There was quite a nice place at walking distance from the hotel either to eat or drink. Definitely recommend this place and consider coming back again
