Which includes being willing to get in some cardio exercise regularly (there are lots of stairs). Well kept up daily. Excellent breakfast. Relaxing vibes. Incredible staff members. There is a restaurant at the La Haut resort that offers luch and dinner, besides the breakfast; this is very good, because after a long adventure day you don't want to make too much effort looking for restaurants, so having one at the resort makes easier. The resort is much bigger and nicer than in the photos. It has two pools, one is an infinity pool overlooking the city and the Pitons, the restaurant has great views too, spacious rooms and balconies. There is a small gym with a large yoga deck which was a nice feature. We ate in the restaurant on several occasions - lots of variety and well priced. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The staff were exceptional and so friendly, as was everyone on the island! The resort itself it well positioned, very close to two amazing beaches, Soufriere, botanical gardens and sulphur springs.
