Free upgrade to Junior Suite with private Jacuzzi. Nice, spacious and clean room with good room facilities. Jacuzzi is very inviting to relax. Leafy surroundings and lake view. Very friendly staff. Al carte breakfast menu had varieties for a Western & SriLankan menu. Good location with eating places nearby.

Everything, we came during low season without knowing it but it didn't matter at all because the staff made our stay so perfect we didn't want to leave the hotel. The room is amazing and the pool really enjoyable. Not to miss the restaurant our dinners were delicious. We'll come back for sure!!!

Fantastic pool, very friendly staff, great views from our beach side apartment. Beach area kept clean but there is so much rubbish on the shore outside of the hotel boundary. Staff did work hard to keep the grounds maintained though. Disappointed by the food quality especially as you are in a 4 star hotel paying very much western prices although there were certainly lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful and attentive. On the subject of prices, in hindsight we would have been way better booking direct as it was so much cheaper. We did challenge the rate, but was unable to change it despite their policy of matching cheaper rates.
