If you’re looking for a nice place to chillax on your own private patio overlooking a stunning view of Oyster Pond this is it. Easy secure parking, walkable to some great restaurants but you should have a car to get to the various beaches. Dawn beach is a 15 min walk away. The hotel is worn down, the rooms are not as portrayed in the pictures. The staff is not very welcoming and not great at helping with planning. The beach is quite nice, but not enough umbrellas. Overall, a disappointing stay. Definitely not a 5 stars.
