Amazing huge green territory. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing beach and huge pool. Nice buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

Bad illumination in the bathroom and bed are not comfortable, because they are using 2 small bed, not a queen bed

I recently stayed at Lux Le Morne with my wife and 13-month-old baby. Despite the hotel's claims of being kid-friendly, our experience was marred by an incident that exposed the hotel's inadequate management. During dinner, a guest approached our table, being extremely rude and threatening. The situation escalated to the point of almost being physical assaulted. The restaurant manager, Rashi, witnessed the entire incident and recorded it. I requested to speak with the General Manager to report the incident and understand the course of action. However, I was initially dismissed in the following morning and told the GM was unavailable. Only after I complained about the lack of availability did the GM suddenly become available. I was offered free night baby sitting to compensate for the situation, which both my wife and I considered offensive - are we trying to solve a family vacation and such an altercation by removing the baby from the equation?! The GM's attitude was appalling. He claimed he needed to accommodate the needs of both guests, implying that the threatening guest had valid concerns. When I mentioned I would share my experience online, the GM became defensive and aggressive, stating he wouldn't tolerate me "threatening" him in front of his staff. This was the tipping point where I removed myself from the room and made clear that any further concerns would be dealt directly with local police. Luckily it did not reach that state. The hotel's staff, including Rashi, Moonesh, and the head of the kids' department, were friendly and apologetic. However, their efforts were undermined by the GM's ineptitude. Unacceptable handling of a situation that jeopardized the whole week.

Amazing location, beach and scenery. Food variety is rich and options are very delicious.

Our room was incredible. The resort itself is beautiful and cosy. I would only say that service sometimes was not as good as you expect in this kind of hotel, I would rate the main restaurant for 7 out of 10 for the service and food in general.

This hotel has been exceptional, the views, the service, the food everything was amazing and I cant recommend it enough. Ask for bushra, she has been an amazing help and one watsapp away.
