United KingdomAmazing stay here with my family of five. The staff are super helpful, the spa is amazing with a superb Ayurvedic Dr. The over water villas are lovely, would highly recommend these. Only slight niggles were- villas probably need updating soon, the restaurants need to really be booked before you go to avoid disappointment. Otherwise amazing value for money, lovely tropical paradise and efforts by all staff. Aung our butler was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Overall a lovely relaxing experience. Thank you

Elsa was our butler for our stay she is an amazing person always helpful well Soneva is so lucky to have her. visiting Soneva was on my bucket list since 2016 and i have accomplished my desire.

The included excursions were a huge bonus as well as the free 3o minute facial as the spa is One of the nicest spa experiences I ever had (besides getting kicked out of the steam/ sauna/ hot tub/ cold plunge pool area) The staff are well trained, ALWAYS smell so good! We had a water villa which was simply beautiful, we loved every aspect of our stay, the water villa, the food, the pure white sands and crystal blue waters. Big bathroom and direct access from the ocean and pool area. They cleaned twice a day. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices of different cuisines. You get assigned a representative who can assist. Restaurants and breakfast superb, restaurants are pricy so all inclusive is must.
