It had a hot spring pool. The water source is from the mountain and it has a beautiful river we could dip ourselves in, along the way leading to the resort.

Really nice british-styled hotel and rooms. Nice room service, they even closed our window blinds while we were out for dinner.
Afternoon tea was nice, breakfast was a selection of dishes that were prepared for order.
They also offer complimentary walks, around 2 hours talking about the history and nature around the hotel.

Staff delivered excellent service, and being at the lakehouse was like existing in a fairy tale’s little cottage - the architecture was truly beautiful beyond words. The only downside was the smell of (i suspect) mould in the building, but it was easily resolved by room diffuser which was available in the interior of the room, on the dressing table. Breakfast was good and a walk across the various corners of the lakehouse was like an exploration in a vintage museum. Do take note to put on mozzie repellent when outdoor as nature comes with plenty of mosquitoes. The lakehouse was also very near various sightseeing or places of interests, although the drive uphill took more than 3h.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely hot spring and swimming pool. The chalet we booked had a balcony overlooking the lake and fish feeding was fun from here. Breakfast and dinner was local fare and delicious. Staff were polite. We had the whole resort to ourselves.
Lovely resort in the jungle, amazing pool and hit spring, nice chalet and a lot of food! If you wabt vegetarian food you need to let them know in advance so they can prepare something for you.
Its a very nice place to begin with despite the location that is super deep inside a palm tree plantation. From the main road to the resort took us around 45 minutes. The room is clean and the area is very spacious. Nothing special in the breakfast spread, the dinner was quite good though. The natural pool was big, cold and nice. We had the room with a balcony facing the pond, it was so calm at night relaxing at the balcony. My kids had fun feeding the fish as well.
the environment was serene and very peaceful. The resort was very clean and quiet as well. A gateway from the hustle bustle of city life. The drive to the resort was interesting and had the chance to see the "Kampung" lifestyle which I did not get to see that often.
This resort has a natural hot spring and a mountain water swimming pool. The view is very nice. Staff are friendly and the food (breakfast n dinner) is just so yummy. Here also is the natural habitat for Rajah Brooke’s Birdwing, Malaysia National Butterfly. There are no TV in the room, but they have board game. Mobile data coverage is weak with average WiFi. We went during weekdays, so we are the only guests there. We really enjoy the family time and have a relaxing time away from the hectic city.
The scenery and also the bed is very comfy. We had very good sleep in this resort. The room does not come with a refrigerator. So, if you need your food, you would need to inform the staff and they will keep in their fridge for you. Alternatively, they will give you an ice box and you can buy the one big ice cubes from them.
Very nice, quiet and relax resort. Main highlight will be the hot spring and the Raja butterfly. The staffs strictly follow all SOPs which was a plus points.
