An amazing place in the jungle but not lost there as it may sound from some reviews. Some reviews were complaining about the road there we had no problem. The road is in a good shape and a car needs to stop at some points when another car is in the opposite direction but if one drives slowly I don't see any problem. We enjoyed tranquility of the place, amazing swimming pool and hot springs. Super relaxing. What a pity we didn't have time to stay there longer but one night!

I love the room, the in room hot spring and pool. The food at the pomelo restaurant was superb especially the breakfast.

Pros: The spectacular scenery and setting (honestly the most unique place we have stayed - not even the official pictures do it justice), the wonderful pool area, the breakfast was varied and great, the suite itself was modern and comfortable, with a brilliant balcony pool-side view. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Cons: There was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom, the gym had old machines and was not properly air conditioned and therefore too hot to work out in (even at 8am), and although the breakfast was very good some of the food from the Cuisine restaurant was not.

My family, my partner, and I had a great stay at this hotel. The place was nice, and the staff were professional. We arrived a bit late around 8pm due to traffic and were starving. The staff kindly asked if we had eaten and recommended their steamboat dinner—it was delicious with a good variety, and we left full and satisfied. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the family room had a great view. Parking was a bit limited, but the staff were helpful. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Location of family units is great. You are facing clean forest side. without ugly green houses, while drinking morning coffee in the balcony. Night market and restaurants in the walking distance. Good breakfast served directly in your unit. The ground is well kept, nice landscaping with plenty of flowers. Overall seems like new place without much wear and tear.
