An amazing place in the jungle but not lost there as it may sound from some reviews. Some reviews were complaining about the road there we had no problem. The road is in a good shape and a car needs to stop at some points when another car is in the opposite direction but if one drives slowly I don't see any problem. We enjoyed tranquility of the place, amazing swimming pool and hot springs. Super relaxing. What a pity we didn't have time to stay there longer but one night!

I love the room, the in room hot spring and pool. The food at the pomelo restaurant was superb especially the breakfast.

Pros:
The spectacular scenery and setting (honestly the most unique place we have stayed - not even the official pictures do it justice), the wonderful pool area, the breakfast was varied and great, the suite itself was modern and comfortable, with a brilliant balcony pool-side view. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Cons:
There was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom, the gym had old machines and was not properly air conditioned and therefore too hot to work out in (even at 8am), and although the breakfast was very good some of the food from the Cuisine restaurant was not.

My family, my partner, and I had a great stay at this hotel. The place was nice, and the staff were professional. We arrived a bit late around 8pm due to traffic and were starving. The staff kindly asked if we had eaten and recommended their steamboat dinner—it was delicious with a good variety, and we left full and satisfied.
Check-in and check-out were smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the family room had a great view. Parking was a bit limited, but the staff were helpful. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Location of family units is great. You are facing clean forest side. without ugly green houses, while drinking morning coffee in the balcony. Night market and restaurants in the walking distance. Good breakfast served directly in your unit. The ground is well kept, nice landscaping with plenty of flowers. Overall seems like new place without much wear and tear.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely hot spring and swimming pool. The chalet we booked had a balcony overlooking the lake and fish feeding was fun from here. Breakfast and dinner was local fare and delicious. Staff were polite. We had the whole resort to ourselves.
Lovely resort in the jungle, amazing pool and hit spring, nice chalet and a lot of food! If you wabt vegetarian food you need to let them know in advance so they can prepare something for you.
Its a very nice place to begin with despite the location that is super deep inside a palm tree plantation. From the main road to the resort took us around 45 minutes. The room is clean and the area is very spacious. Nothing special in the breakfast spread, the dinner was quite good though. The natural pool was big, cold and nice. We had the room with a balcony facing the pond, it was so calm at night relaxing at the balcony. My kids had fun feeding the fish as well.
the environment was serene and very peaceful. The resort was very clean and quiet as well. A gateway from the hustle bustle of city life. The drive to the resort was interesting and had the chance to see the "Kampung" lifestyle which I did not get to see that often.
This resort has a natural hot spring and a mountain water swimming pool. The view is very nice. Staff are friendly and the food (breakfast n dinner) is just so yummy. Here also is the natural habitat for Rajah Brooke’s Birdwing, Malaysia National Butterfly. There are no TV in the room, but they have board game. Mobile data coverage is weak with average WiFi. We went during weekdays, so we are the only guests there. We really enjoy the family time and have a relaxing time away from the hectic city.
The scenery and also the bed is very comfy. We had very good sleep in this resort. The room does not come with a refrigerator. So, if you need your food, you would need to inform the staff and they will keep in their fridge for you. Alternatively, they will give you an ice box and you can buy the one big ice cubes from them.
Very nice, quiet and relax resort. Main highlight will be the hot spring and the Raja butterfly. The staffs strictly follow all SOPs which was a plus points.
