room was cleaned well when check-in. facilities a bit run down but maintained and cleaned well so no complaint. my family and i LOOOVE the hot spring pool. there were 2 pools, 1 with original hotspring water heat level (so hot you can see the steam. ), the other mixed with lower temp water to tepid level (warm enough to stay longer than 30 mins in it). the pools are clean and well-maintained. we also played archery behind the block, which is free.

Place is nearby the river and easy access. Breakfast was simple but good for us, Nasi Lemak, Fried Noodles, Kuih Koci, toast breads and jams. We opt for picnic and it was okay. Nice set up only that we thought it was near to the river.
