The hotel is beautifully situated at the top of a mountain, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are kind and efficient, with special thanks to Ramita at customer service, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. However, be prepared for a challenging drive—the road leading to the hotel is extremely bumpy and winding, with numerous potholes. The asphalt is in very poor condition, possibly the worst I've encountered.

As a founder of an agency, I personally visit over 100 properties each year, and I always strive to approach these experiences with generosity and an open mind.
What truly stood out to me during this visit was the exceptional effort and dedication of the two young men who worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in order.
The location itself was fantastic, and I had the pleasure of ringing in the New Year in such a wonderful setting.
However, I must admit that the service staff did not quite meet the same standard, which left me a bit unsure about how to express my overall experience.

We were near the end of a three week holiday in Nepal. We had enjoyed many adventures and wanted to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the views of the Himalayas before heading back to the UK. We chose Nagarkot and in particular Club Himalaya and were glad we did. When we arrived Mr. Shankar, the resort manager, gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful in explaining the facilities available at the hotel. We enjoyed some excellent meals. My wife is gluten free and the chef came to our table to explain which meals she could have. In summary , we had an enjoyable time and, if you decide to visit Nagarkot, then we would recommend you stay at this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Hotel Mystic Mountain treated us with such kindness, going as far as to upgrade our room at no extra cost for our baby’s birthday. The birthday cake was simply delicious, and breakfast each morning was a treat. I am grateful for the attentive and caring nature of everyone there, which truly enhanced our experience.

"The resort is very beautiful and comfortable, and the staff's behavior is excellent. Wishing them success as a new establishment. However, I did not like the resort solely because of the road leading to it. If the management fixes the road soon, it will improve significantly, InshaAllah."

In short I had an amazing and fulfilling stay in Kishore Dai's peaceful home which felt nothing less than home.
Speaking as a solo traveller , it's a better choice than any local resorts or hotels.
Everything there was exceptional, from the clam peaceful atmosphere to the food to tge amazing staff. The owner herself made a point of always checking in and made me feel so welcome. It was pure luxury in every way
At Everest Manla in Nagarkot, the sunrise views are truly mesmerizing, right from the resort. Did not have to go to a view point separately. The weather was superb during my stay, amplifying the experience. For clearer mountain views, I suggest visiting in November or December. With its cozy ambiance and attentive staff, this resort is ideal for a tranquil escape.
Luxury in Nepal. Beautiful resort, perfect spot for a luxury break in Nepal. Stayed with friends for couple of nights at this amazing resort during a 3 week tour of Nepal. Very attentive staff, amazing rooms, fantastic food and great location. Although we couldn't see too much of the 'mountain views' due to polution/smog and the time of year, this was a very peaceful and relaxing place to chill out for a couple of days. Could go for walks, great spa facilities, yoga available, plenty to do, or not.
Beautiful set up, a luxury experience whilst enjoying the view of the Himalayas! Staff very friendly and helpful, very good food, lovely decor and facilities.
