They are also very very helpful, my sister was not feeling well and couldn't come down for breakfast and i asked if i can take a plate for her upstairs and they allowed me, most hotels wouldn't let you take an apple from the buffet. I love this resort the people there are always looking for ways to make the customers happy. I took the panorama suite which had an excellent 180 view of sea...with total privacy. The staff were superior in politeness and help. Mr. Mohammed Sayed (reception manager of the hotel) draw an example of great customer service. He made a difference. The seating near the pool facing the sea was excellent.
