I like the staff, hospitality, and location. I was upset at the beginning because I have been offered a suite with partial see view, although my booking is for full see view, however Mr. Yousef , who is a wonderful person at the reception made a special arrangement for us which was an acceptable and generous alternative.

He personally took care of all our requirements and was always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful.
