THe facilities are amazing. i loved my stay with my family and my kids were very happy. the only suggestion is to add more resturants.

I liked that it is a unique camp as it is in the middle of the desert where there is tranquility

I want to share my experience with complete honesty, backed by all the photos and videos I have taken during my stay. Arrival: Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the property undergoing extensive renovations. The reception assigned us a room directly facing the construction site. The First Room: When we entered the room, we were shocked to find it had not been cleaned. The bed was used, the bathroom was dirty, and it was evident that the room was left as it was after the previous guest checked out. This was completely unacceptable. My husband immediately went back to the reception to complain about this unprofessional service, emphasizing that such an experience was unprecedented in Doha. The receptionist apologized and promised to move us to another room. The Second Room: We moved to a new room, and shortly after, the duty manager came to apologize and informed us that they would upgrade us to a suite as a gesture of apology. However, the suite would only be available at 4:30 PM after the current guest checks out. We agreed and waited. At 4:30 PM, no one contacted us. By 8:00 PM, my husband had to go back to the reception to follow up. It was incredibly disappointing that no one bothered to inform us about the delay or provide an explanation. This level of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable. The Morning After: To make matters worse, we were woken up at 8:00 AM by the loud drilling and hammering noises from the ongoing construction. Facilities: Adding to our disappointment, the facilities were in terrible condition. Many amenities were broken, rusty, or dirty, which we documented with photos. 1.
