She made sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we were satisfied. If we are honest we expected more luxury from Hotel Breza the other time we stayed in Roza. For the hotel it is almost the same standard only the restaurant at Hotel Breza for breakfast and dinner is very nice because it is renewed in 2020.
