I booked from overseas for my parents to stay at Chandra when they were in Chiang Mai. Not only did they enjoy the stay, but their service was top-notch—phenomenal! I was worried as this was my parents' first overseas trip on their own and with the language barrier. Upon reservation, they created a group chat with all staff allowing me to ask questions, and request extra reservations such as taxis and massage, etc. Knowing I might wonder about my parents' stay, they would occasionally send me their photos of having lunch, attention to detail from them was the absolute best. I cannot thank the team enough and looking forward to stay myself when I get to visit Chiang Mai one day!

The property is very clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. It isn’t new, but is very well maintained. The location, in the midst of acres of farmland, is peaceful, beautiful and very quiet. They have scooters to rent for driving around the area. We would definitely stay here again!
