My room was not available due to issues. They offered a stay at a different hotel. They personally took me to the new location, checked me in, brought my luggage to the room. They then picked me up in the morning and brought me to their resort for breakfast and drove me back to where I was staying. They offered all the amenities of their resort, even though I was staying at a different hotel. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and made me feel like a special guest.
