The staff was exceptional. They were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay there. I appreciated the amenities provided in the room - they provided us snacks and complimentary drinks as well as tea and coffee (which isn’t common in other Taiwanese hotels we have stayed in). The location is perfect and right by the lake. The hotel also gives vouchers for rental bikes!

Just a 1-minute walk from Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, Yo Shen Jing Resorts features beautiful natural views around.

The Staff were very helpful. They barely spoke English except for one young man who spoke English and went out of his way to explain things and help us.
