The property with was the best part. There is a beautiful lake in the middle and all of the different cabins are decorated so nicely, both inside and outside. Definitely hit the Mountain village vibe. It is right down the road from 2 relaxing, but still hopping, towns and there are ski resorts dotted all across the mountains. My family and I are considering spending xmas there again. Great place

Location is perfect. You have a view of mountains and the river. The king suits have luxury amenities in the bath and the living room. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and they accommodated our early check-in

Remote location with little neighboring noise. Short walk to a local park and short drives to neighboring resorts and local hotspots. Beautiful cabin with great combination of a cabin feeling, but all of the modern conveniences to keep everyone comfortable and entertained.

Chetola Resort is a magnificent place to stay while visiting the NC mountains. I love that there is a restaurant and bar on site. The view is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. My husband and I had massages at the spa while there and I highly recommend it!

The nostalgic feeling of walking into the past with this beautiful older inn. Do not expect frills of modern resorts but enjoy the past experience of days gone by. Loved it!

The resort was perfectly located close to dining and shopping yet isolated enough to feel very quiet and serene.
