Staff were very attentive to our needs. Grounds were well kept. View from our balcony was wonderful! Best location on Jekyll Island! Sunrise photos were taken from our balcony. Beach views are in front of the Holiday Inn Resort.

The location is perfect, beautiful grounds, nice golf course, easy check in. Only complaint we had is that lady on the check in desk was not really informative, she didn’t know about laundry services, about bike rental… Next our room was dust and bugs, we call the maintenance to make sure they are not bed one and they were very helpful, easy to reach and informed, they are common bugs in GA around water, still no explanation why they are not cleaned before we arrived. Still we will come back because we can forget and forgive small issues.
