The property was beautiful. And the staff was welcoming and congenial. We valet parked our car every day and the driver’s were prompt and friendly every single time.

Check in was nice and easy quick, was also able to check in earlier. Room was spacious. Bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows could be better, kinda flat.

I did not know breakfast was served daily there, there was no indication at all. Never seen any vending machines. The lady that checked us in was fantastic. She exceeded my expectations of helping us get everything we needed for our stay and location of our room.

Firs of all: no toilet paper, the room was dirty, very, the sheet had hair, the bathroom had pubic hair all around the toilet and floor, sink and everywhere, the jacuzzi tub was dirty I think nobody cleaned after use, I have pictures of everything and the only reason I stayed after all the mess we found is because we got there at midnight, but I won’t ever come back to that place where I pay over 260 per night to only find out a very dirty room. Very disgusting not recommended, coming to a room like this with my kids was gross.

The resort superceded our expectations! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The patio was beautiful, we had breakfast out there every morning.
The lazy river and pool was great after long days at Dollywood.
The location was close to everything, including Dollywood.
The staff was very friendly and very attentive.
Great place for families to spend time together .
Loved the retro style of the hotel and the amenities.. The pool , bar and hot tub were amazing. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled so good. We loved the location. It felt resort like even though it was in the heart of Pigeon Forge.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Resort. It is close to major attractions. We stayed in the hotel on first floor. We had two queen size beds that were comfy. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The property was all around clean. The pools were clean and fun. The free breakfast was okay but sitting on the deck watching the birds and water made it better.
Definitely all-inclusive. We never had to leave for snacks or food. We had pizza from the resort, which was very tasty. Kid's loved the rooms and how they had their own space. The treasure hunt was so fun! Staff was very friendly and rooms very clean.
