Such a wonderfully relaxing holiday at the Sheraton. The staff were beautiful and were always happy to help in every way. The beach is wonderful for swimming (but is a little tide dependent) bar service will deliver to the beach or pool. The room was renovated but still some things required a little attention, but staff were ready to fix once notified. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was lovely. In particular Chilly was incredibly attentive and also worked hard to ensure the best possible service was given to guests. The bar staff were very friendly and in particular Sami was very attentive and always remembered our favorite drink…Malibu with fresh coconut! The live demostrations each day about traditional Samoan life were very educational and gave an inspiring insight into Samoan culture against the backdrop of turquoise ocean. I loved the different food and drink venue options. The bar has fantastic views and the meals were delicious. The property itself is spacious and visually appealing.

The staff are friendly and attentive. Every meal was delicious, large portions.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the connecting rooms, easy access to the other room.
