All staff were friendly. Deven and the receptionist were all accomodating. You can relax and forget about the busy life in Dubai. The staff in the kids club were also amazing. We loved that we spent time in the beachfront at night around 11pm to 1am with some drinks and snacks to chill out and the staff did not bothered or stopped us since we were not noisy and did not disturbed other guests. Sustainability in regards to toiletries was a good initiative as the guest wouldn't keep on calling for shampoo and shower gel refills, it was so convenient. Everything went well. Indeed a day off well spend.

Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. The Sheraton building has been beautifully designed with ground floor having many little areas for reading with a nice cup of coffee and delicious dates.

With 200 metres stretch of sandy beach descending into the Arabian Gulf, this 5-star resort is located in Ajman. The sea view room was amazing and the staff were all helpful and in good cheer. WOIL definitely stay again.

Ajman Saray is a beach-side resort, located on a pristine stretch of Ajman coast. This hotel is amazing in terms of space designs, an interior design. The staff are incredibly friendly. Ms.Cecy from the reception was amazing, her hospitality was original. She was very delicate and sophisticated. This is my second time staying. I have enjoyed even more this time. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. You will not regret it. You should stay in an ocean view room.
