My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back. With 200 metres stretch of sandy beach descending into the Arabian Gulf, this 5-star resort is located in Ajman. from the beginning, we were welcomed by Mr Sami in the reception. it was a warm welcome, made our check in process smooth. we were boosted to a better room which made our day. also, he is well aware of the facility and was able to brief us about all facilities and answered all our questions with a smile. for the hotel, the room was big enough. well equipped. pool was clean, well maintained and employees are attentive to your needs. makes your stay easy and smooth
