Offering an outdoor pool, The Oberoi Beach Resort is set in Al Zorah in the Ajman Region. Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Thank you Valentina at the breakfast restaurant: together with your team you did a marvellous job.

Magnificent experience overall, we got everything we needed and more, truly amazing staff all over the premises incl Khairul @ bell desk, restaurants, management, Monica @ reception, beach, pool, game room, kids room, security etc. We felt super safe and welcomed throughout our stay. My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back. And I stayed at literally thousands of various hotels worldwide. Special thanks to Monica - she's a genuinely inspiring ambassador of this property who masterfully and empathically crafted our stay, sorted out everything on the fly and made my whole family extremely happy. She walks the extra mile to make everything easy for guests so they could take it easy!

Palma Beach Resort and Spa stands as a captivating oasis, distinguished by its enchanting ancient Egyptian design that promises a truly unforgettable stay. Great value for money, and very quiet and calm atmosphere when I went. Not very busy. Staff were all very friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. Great quality.
