The hotel is very new and located in one of the best beach in Sal. The food is super delicious, varied and simple perfect. They have a lot of work out classes that are awsome, the quality is the same as a very good gym. The beach yoga is incredible! The rooms are new and are extremly confortable. And the staff is super nice, and communicative. I really liked that the staff ate at the buffet with the guests, it really shows they care about the employees.

Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort nabízí 4 restaurace, bary a lázně. Na místě je také kasino, fitness centrum a dětský klub. This is an excellent beach hotel, all services are top notch. Good breakfast, easy access to very nice beach. Room and bath were spacious and in flawless condition. Wifi worked like a dream.

The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff about 95% of them were great. Lovely rooms, food, hotel is beautiful. Great amenities , all inclusive is great. Special shout out to Daniella. We decided to extent our stay and she went above and beyond to sort this out. She is really amazing.

I had an amazing stay at Sal at Home, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the apartment was. It had everything I could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to everything. It was just a 12-minute walk to the central part of town and only 6 minutes to the beach (this part of beach in Santa Maria is the best, no rocks), making it easy to explore while still enjoying a sense of tranquility. Pool that was never crowded was a fantastic bonus. A special mention goes to Carla, who was a fantastic host—super responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, always making sure I had everything I needed and organized my pick up from the airport. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located place to stay in Sal, this is it! I will definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

This is a lovely villa in a fabulous location, with its own pool as well as the use of the main hotel pools and other facilities. The beaches were beautiful and also surprisingly quiet; the sea was a bit rough sometimes but our three boys loved it - close supervision required though! The pools and sea were warm enough when we stayed. We opted to stay self catering; Andrew was very helpful with the location of the best supermarket where we stocked up on everything we needed for the villa; and he also gave us some great restaurant recommendations in Santa Maria. The hotel didn’t seem that busy even though it was Easter school holidays, though we didn’t eat in any of the hotel restaurants as there were so many great ones in Santa Maria. Taxis into Santa Maria were easily arranged when we didn’t want to make the 45 minute walk there.

When searching, I paid only about 50 Euro more for this property than my second choice and it was completely worth it. First, the hosts, especially Nadine, was extremely professional and very responsive. The room is great and the location is steps to the first pool or reception in the other direction. The amenities are great with 5 pools (I tried all pools and actually preferred the one by the apartment) and lots of animation. Also because I was not on the all inclusive plan - you can pay more if you want it - but for me it was cheaper and better. The drinks were cheap at the pool bars (3 EUR for a caipirinha) and I ate often in Santa Maria (taxi is 4-5 EUR) at places locals suggested (e.g., Augusto, Cham, Cafe Criolo, Santa Grelha - and there are many more that I didn't get to, just ask the taxi drivers, they know where to go and I saw some of them eating at those places), and bought fish a few times at the Santa Maria pier (go around 10am and they can clean and/or filet how you want - very good prices) to make at the apartment. Fyi, good shops in Santa Maria are Cazu (locally owned) and if they don't have it, check out Huang close by or Tentudo. Despite expecting that there are usually insects on an island (which I am used to anyway from traveling) there were almost none on the property and rarely at night (just keep the apartment clean). The weather was perfect end of November, hot but not too hot, little humidity, light breeze. I travelled alone this time but will hopefully return with the kids. They would love it here. A lovely place to stay, and was perfect for a single traveler. A good room overlooking the pool but always quiet. Restaurants were excellent and the food impressive. Very helpful staff and cheerful service. Lots of different places to go whether you like relaxing, being on a beach drinking in the shade, swimming, gym - it was all there. Very generous cocktails!
