The Hotel is located on the banks the lovely Lipno lake . We were there for only two nights and just loved it, The room was tidy and very clean, Restaurant was good. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, No parking problems too. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank Thomas from the front desk team for all his help which made our stay there excellent.

This 4-star resort provides self-catering apartments featuring a private sauna and a furnished balcony overlooking the Lipno lake. It's a perfect hotel for cozy holiday. Everything was good. Especially appreciate SPA cabin in the appartment. It was something to remember.

Lõuna-Boheemia Resort-Restaurant Stilec asub Stileci järve kaldal Ceske Budejovice (12 km) ja Cesky Krumlovi (10 km) vahel asuval teel. Kamenny Ujezd on 1 km kaugusel. Absolutely amazing location!!! The room was brand new and spacious, great bathroom and bed. The breakfast really good. Would love to visit again someday!!

Ok so, as someone who travels a lot. This apartment is without a doubt the most beautiful apartment (even more than any luxury hotel) that I have stayed in so far. Perfect apartment! The apartment has everything at the highest level!! A washing machine, a large dishwasher, a large refrigerator, all made by Miele. A clean apartment with a good smell in the bedding and the most comfortable bed. And even the Alexa system that made sure we got up every morning with songs and a smile🤗 We stayed there as a family with 2 girls aged 12 and 8. And what made the apartment an even more perfect experience than anything else is the owner of the apartment. Wolfgang During the entire stay, he made sure to ask if everything is okay? He helped with any questions we had. At the end we sat together with him and his family over a cup of coffee and got to know an amazing family❤ He deserves all the support in the world. Those who get to book this amazing apartment are guaranteed to have a ton of fun!

Location is very close to a city centre, surrounded by beautiful park. Staff is amazing and you can order breakfast or dinner in your room! You can order even a beer in the room! :D You can also park your car on safe location (inside of the resort).
