Very beautiful restort with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The food at the restaurant was exceptional!!! The spa and the pool were amazing. The best stay we ever had at a hotel not only because of the facilities but because of the people, they were all great!!!

The staff was really nice and friendly, they made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was really good as you could choose a la carte, also very big! The room we had was huge and the bed was really comfy! The pool area is beautiful! We also took advantage of the spa, the treatment was great, the staff was very good!

Kastara Resort er staðsett í Ubud, 3,9 km frá Neka-listasafninu og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, heilsuræktarstöð og verönd. I have been lucky enough to stay in luxury hotels all over the world, but this places tops them all. I was blown away by the surroundings, food, pool and weirdly the quality of the furniture and fittings. Simply idyllic. Been all over Bali and failed to find a better hotel.

After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Situated in Ubud, 1.9 km from Ubud Palace, Sakti Garden Resort & Spa features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Exceptional hotel, I particularly loved the garden and the pool located in the lush greenery. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, every day there was something different served, there was many Indonesian cuisine options. The room was spacious and comfortable, the property is very green but somehow not many mosquitos around which was a big plus. The staff is very attentive and thoughtful. A truly amazing stay!

She is welcoming you to the premise and managing the staff very well ! i can see she is well appreciated and likewise from employee ! this makes the employees enjoying their work and enjoying being with the customers ! The swimming pool is amazing, the rooms are superb, the mindset on sustainability is incredible , the quality of the breakfast is exceptional ! I love this place ! The sunset at the beach club is superbe ! Additinal to that being part of the hotel you need to have a minimum spend while booking for a bed at the beach club Thank you as well to wulan at the restaurant that is providing very professional service !! Thank yoo as well to all the staff ! all are smilling and sooo gentle ! I will be back for sure !
