The staff was really nice and friendly, they made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was really good as you could choose a la carte, also very big! The room we had was huge and the bed was really comfy! The pool area is beautiful! We also took advantage of the spa, the treatment was great, the staff was very good!

I was blown away by the surroundings, food, pool and weirdly the quality of the furniture and fittings. Simply idyllic. Been all over Bali and failed to find a better hotel.

After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Exceptional hotel, I particularly loved the garden and the pool located in the lush greenery. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, every day there was something different served, there was many Indonesian cuisine options. The room was spacious and comfortable, the property is very green but somehow not many mosquitos around which was a big plus. The staff is very attentive and thoughtful. A truly amazing stay!
