Property, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were super clean. Bed and AC were comfortable. We booked the Ijen tour with the host Johan and had a great experience. Price seemed fair. We got helpful recommendations from Johan's nephew for local spots. Johan offers other tours we wished we could have taken advantage of (but we had to move on to our next destination). We'd stay here again!

We booked for four nights, the hotel upgraded us into a much bigger room with an astonishing view. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was pretty tasty, and there’s no mosquitos in the area which is much preferable. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Situated in the city of Batu, 200 metres from Jatim Park 2, Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu boasts children's playground and an outdoor pool with water slides. It was a perfect place for the vacation. The location, service, breakfast and facilities all were good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice view from the hotel, facing Arjuna mountain, breakfast spread was fantastic, staff members were at their best: polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel facilities were nice and adequate - spread on large area, so a bit of walking from the room to the other place. Room were spacious, minimal but functional. Rooftop cafe was nice, with nice view.

I arrived with my family and got a very good and comfortable room and service. like coming home to a luxurious but very warm atmosphere.
