It's a family-owned resort, stand right by the beach. Iwan, the manager of the resort, picked us up from the airport. He speaks English well and very friendly. So upon our arrival till departure, all the staffs there, Iwan, Orfi and Angel, were so helpful and tried to make our stay convenient, and to this, we may say they did a super job. 👏👏👏

The rolling hills, the wide-open sky, and the distant ocean all come together to create a truly unforgettable scene.

We had the most amazing experience and wish we stayed longer!! The building, land, pool, architecture, facilities… just so beautiful!! The staff were unbelievable and it was great to meet the owners too. What an inspirational trip and stay!

Majutusasutus asub Deke'is, 500 meetri kaugusel Watu Bella rannast. Hotell Alamayah Boutique Retreat pakub majutust koos välibasseini, tasuta privaatse parkimise, spordikeskuse ja aiaga. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a beautiful area very close to some picturesque beaches. The staff are very friendly and attentive and make it easy to organise trips and activities so you can experience Sumba. Surf lessons are a lot of fun and the village tour and waterfall tour are both great. Cocktails were really good, as was the food at breakfast. The hotel seems to have a good relationship with the local people and seems to have genuinely benefitted Sumba.

Waikelos asuval majutusasutusel Maringi Sumba by Sumba Hospitality Foundation on tasuta jalgrattad, välibassein, aed ja terrass. Beautifully peaceful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. After 3 days we felt very at home :) we visited the nearby beaches - stunning white sand. We did a tour of the village which was very informative and we loved seeing the local life. Eka was our guide, along with Dini, and both were amazing to spend the day with, we loved their sharing of Sumba knowledge and history. We even forgot something when we left and they drove it to us. This was not only lovely accommodation but a super enriching experience that we will never forget. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, fantastic facilities, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the beach is possibly one of the most beautiful in SEA, perfect conditions for surfing, the food is delicious, even a doctor on site who could help out our son immediately when he felt a little funny.

Best view, friendly staff, excellent service and great food. We loved our stay at lelewatu sumba and will definitely come back.

Bobocabin Umarato, Sumba asub Waikabubakis, Rua rannast 1,2 km kaugusel. Majutusruumides on konditsioneer ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Amazing location with great views in a very peaceful environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine. Ven, Gustav, Kris, Uni, and Edward were all very kind to us.

The food is amazing. Fresh and made with local ingredients. We loved each meal. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the island. The owners are kind and very friendly. We loved every minute in here. Everything was homecooked and made we love. There is no plastic and waste in here and there is free water to have at all times.

A very enjoyable stay at Rua Beach Resort Sumba. The hotel is located right by the beach, with a pool and a restaurant, making it perfect for relaxation. The price is absolutely fair for the quality of services provided. Contrary to previous comments, we didn’t miss having constant internet access or Netflix – this place is designed to disconnect from everyday life, not to spend time in front of screens. The resort is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful nearby beaches. If someone is looking for luxury at $2000 per night, they should look elsewhere. Rua Beach Resort is a place worth recommending, full of peace, nature, and a unique atmosphere that’s hard to find in crowded resorts. We wholeheartedly recommend it!
