Probably recommend snow shoes in March if diverting from the common footpath as you will sink to your knees in the softened snow. It was a smaller room with a single bed, but traveling alone it was fine. The food was good and the service in the restaurant was excellent. They even swapped out an item on the fixed menu for me without any problem. My Italian is terrible, so I greatly appreciate their patience in understanding what I was asking for.

We visited end of October, out of season so it was quiet in the nearby villages. But the complex have everything you need. Small shop on site. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Bar open till 6 pm for drinks and hot sandwiches
